The ALEXANDER final event will take place on September 25 at FLEXCON.
The event explores practical tools for DSOs on how to enable observability, coordination, and prequalification at the grid edge. It also focusses on the human aspects linked to flex provision such as understanding consumer behaviour, consumer preferences, drivers for participation in flex markets.
The main outcomes of the ALEXANDER project and specifications for local flexibility markets will be presented and complemented by an interactive panel discussion with representatives of 4 Belgian DSOs (Fluvius, RESA, Sibelga, ORES).
